To place an order for Bareboat Yachts you first need to register at Balaskas.shop if you are a new customer, or simply log in if you are already registered. Once logged in, you can add the products of your choice to your basket and select your preferred delivery date and time.

How can I add or remove items from my order?

How can I change the delivery date, time, or address for my order?

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept debit, credit, and prepaid cards (Visa/Mastercard). You can pay securely online during the checkout process or opt to pay upon delivery.

Are there any delivery charges for my order?

We offer free delivery between 8am and 9pm. For deliveries after 9pm, there is a charge of

€30.

What are your operating hours for placing an order?

You can place your order online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including weekends.

We deliver orders every day from 8am to 9pm at no additional charge. For deliveries after 9pm a €30 fee applies.

Can you deliver abroad?

We currently deliver only to marinas located in the Attica region. Unfortunately, we do not offer overseas deliveries at this time.

Do you offer same-day delivery?

Yes, we do offer same-day delivery. However, please allow at least 4 hours for us to prepare your order.

How will my order be delivered?

Your order will be delivered via our modern fleet, which includes more than 40 minivans and refrigerated trucks to ensure every product’s utmost freshness and quality.

Balaskas Super Markets – Yacht Provisioning collaborates with all the leading multinational companies, as well as numerous Greek and international suppliers, ensuring a diverse and high-quality selection of products.

Why do you charge for plastic bags, and how much is the fee?

As per Greek law 4496/2017, based on the European directive 2015/720EU, plastic bags are subject to a €0.09 charge from January 1st 2018. This directive aims to reduce plastic waste and applies to supermarkets and similar retail establishments.

The company Balaskas Delicatessen & Yacht Provisioning was founded in 1975 and operates in the field of fine food. The main goal of the company is to offer its customers quality and immediate service. Panagiotis Balaskas opened the first grocery store in Petralona in the 1930s. His son, Stefanos Balaskas, continued his work and opened the first delicatessen stores. Today, the third generation of the Balaska family has taken over the company’s activity, emphasizing the same quality.
